There are no limits to the number of tickets you can buy.

I bought a ticket/s, why haven’t I received it?
Your raffle ticket/s will be emailed to you as an attachment with your payment receipt immediately after purchase, please be sure to check your junk mail. Tickets are on page 2 of the attachment.
Is the raffle ticket purchase tax deductible?
No, your raffle ticket purchase is not tax deductible as you’re receiving a tangible benefit in return. However, if you choose to make a donation in addition to your raffle ticket purchase, the donation can be claimed as a tax deduction.

Who can enter?
Entry is open to all permanent residents of NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, NT and TAS, aged 18 years or older. WA and SA residents are not eligible to enter.
Employees, directors or officers of Camp Quality, any companies or agencies associated with this raffle and their immediate families are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. Immediate families include a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, or stepsibling of an employee of Camp Quality.
I reside in WA or SA why can’t I enter?
Unfortunately, the gaming rules and regulations in Western Australia and South Australia are different to the rest of the country. We apologise sincerely to our WA and SA supporters and thank you for your understanding and support of kids impacted by cancer.
Why are you asking for my date of birth?
Thank you for expressing your concern. At Camp Quality, we're committed to protecting your privacy: we protect any personal information you give us while you use our website.
Date of birth is an optional field, you are still able to purchase tickets in our raffle without completing this field.
We ask for date of birth for two reasons, one is that it helps us better communicate with our supporters and in the event you are the winner, it can assist us with confirming your identity. All other fields are required by law. We need to obtain sufficient details to identify and locate the winner as per state raffle regulations. We hope this explains why we ask for this information.

Why do the tickets cost $30-$35?
The price of tickets is $35 for a single ticket and $30 each, for two or more tickets, as there are only 50,000 tickets available in our raffle! You'll not only have the chance to win a new Jayco Conquest Motorhome valued at $174,238 but you'll also be supporting kids facing cancer.

When and how is the raffle drawn?
The winner will be chosen at random by electronic draw at 10:00am (AEST) on Friday 15th December 2023 at Camp Quality, Suite 5.01, 77 Pacific Highway, NSW, 2060. Entrants do not need to be present to win.
How do I find out who has won?
The winner will be notified by phone and via email within 2 days of the winner being drawn. The winner's details will be published on the Camp Quality website from the 15th of December 2023.

This raffle is 100% run by Camp Quality. We do not pay any third parties in the process.

How much money goes to Camp Quality?
All of the funds raised through the sale of raffle tickets goes directly to Camp Quality, after the expenses of running the raffle are subtracted. Every ticket purchase helps Camp Quality bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer.

How much is the Motorhome worth?
The new Jayco Conquest Motorhome is worth $174,238.
What model is the Motorhome?
The prize is a new Jayco Conquest Motorhome FA.24-4.CQ-MY23.
Are on-road costs included?
The prize includes on-road costs (stamp duty, 12 months registration, compulsory third party insurance), but it does not include comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. Camp Quality strongly recommends that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner before the winner takes possession of the vehicle. All optional extras and accessories, and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are not included.
If I win, how do I collect the prize?
The winner is entitled to choose a preferred Jayco dealership for collecting the Motorhome. Once the dealership is selected, Camp Quality will coordinate the delivery of the Motorhome to that chosen location and communicate the collection date to the winner. The winner must collect the prize from the nominated dealership within 3 months of being notified by Camp Quality. Risk of loss or damage to the vehicle passes to the winner upon handover from the dealership.
The winner is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and driver’s licence, and completing the necessary paperwork to transfer title and registration in the vehicle.

Camp Quality has many programs and services which help families build optimism and resilience toward their cancer experience through community, education and fun. We are there for kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a sibling or parent, every step of the way.
We’re proud to have improved the quality of life for kids facing cancer, and their families, for almost 40 years. We do this through our innovative Puppet Programs, Hospital Programs, and Recreation Programs. Camp Quality also provides online services and resources that are available 24/7 – whenever and wherever they are needed.
