It is easy to register to fundraise for wesCarpade Simply click on the “Register” button. Then we need you to answer a few simple questions to register.

We simply couldn’t do what we do at Camp Quality without fundraisers like yourself. The money that you raise for Camp Quality will help provide innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0–13 growing up with cancer, and their families.
What do I need?
All you need is a roadworthy and registered car, a Drive and Co Drive and the drive to fundraise for an amazing cause!
After you register you will receive a registration e-mail with login details for your online fundraising page. Within a few days, you'll be contacted by your Fundraising Coordinator to confirm your registration and provide support or guidance with your fundraiser. Once approved you will be issued with an Authority to Fundraise on behalf of Camp Quality, which you may be asked to show donors, sponsors or other entities the purpose of your fundraising. Your Fundraising Coordinator will then be there to support you with your fundraiser every step of the way.
How much does it cost?
Each car must fundraise a minimum of $5,000. There is an entry fee of $600 this covers all meals for the week long adventure!
Yes, you need to be 18 and above to participate in wesCarpade also need a full drivers license.
Our Fundraising Coordinators will be there to support you every step of the way with your fundraising. We will be there from the point of registration right through to the completion of your event.
Once you sign up
We have some tips and tricks that can be provided to help you, and your Fundraising Coordinator will be able to assist with some other ideas too. Please get in touch and we can support you with as much help as you need for your fundraising.
Yes, there are rules to ensure your fundraising event is compliant with local fundraising legislation in your State. Your Fundraising Coordinator will be there to guide you through this to ensure your event is compliant.
Once you register we can provide you with some suggested templates on how to approach people for donations. Our Fundraising Coordinators can also review any materials you want to send out as well and offer their guidance and support.
Once you have registered, we can discuss how you plan to use our logo. If the use is approved, we will provide you with our, “Proudly Supporting” Camp Quality logo for use on promotional materials. Please note, anything that uses this logo needs to come through to your Fundraising Coordinator for a final review to ensure it is used correctly before it is shared publicly.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for someone from Camp Quality to attend your event. However please understand we are unable to fulfil all requests (as much as we would love to!). You can discuss your requirements with your Fundraising Coordinator.
We will provide you with a remittance document which will give you the information on how to bank the funds from your event / initiative. For those funds that are raised via your online fundraising page, they come straight through to Camp Quality's bank account so you don't need to worry about them.
You don’t need to worry about those as these donations come straight through to Camp Quality.
This will direct them to make a donation to your page with their credit card, and your page will be automatically be updated with their donation. They will recieve an receipt via email.
Policies and legal stuff
Camp Quality cannot provide public liability insurance for fundraising events organised by a third-party. We recommend that you should consider appropriate insurance to cover your fundraising initiative to protect property, participants and the public.

You can login into your dashboard and follow the steps to change your profile picture. If you have any trouble doing this please get in touch with your Fundraising Coordinator and they will be able to help you.
