Support my Big Walk for Little Kids
Every month, 64 Australian families receive the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer.
This September, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I’m taking part in Big Walk for Little Kids to help bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer and their families.
This cause means a lot to me because I know how hard long hospital stays, specialist appointments and surgeries can be on a family. My little sister passed away at just 2½ years old from health issues unrelated to cancer after spending most of her life in and out of hospital. Although our experience was different, it gave me an understanding of how much strength these children and their families need every single day. That’s why I wanted to take part and help however I can.
Every dollar raised will help fund Camp Quality’s programs and services, giving children facing cancer, and their families, moments of joy, support and connection during an incredibly difficult time.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I’d really appreciate your support. Thank you for helping me make a difference.
