2. Click on 'My Dashboard'
3. Click on 'My Fitness Activity'
4. Click on the app you wish to use and follow the prompts.

Connect to Strava, Fitbit, MapMyFitness or Garmin

5. Click on '+ Add Activity', enter in the details, and save.
