Support my big walk for little kids
Every month, 64 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer. I have been one of them. This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer. Every dollar I raise will fund Camp Quality's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad. Please support my BIG walk to give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. As they say at Camp Quality "laughter is the best medicine", so please give generously so we can spread those smiles far and wide. Thank you so much!About Me
Hi I’m Ella! I’m 18yrs old and participating in the Big Walk for little kids.
In 2024 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system. I was admitted to the Queensland Children’s Hospital and underwent 4 months of chemotherapy.
The diagnosis affected not only myself, but the people that love and care for me in my life. I was heavily supported through my journey by my family, friends, hospital staff, the leukaemia foundation and the friends I met during my treatment.
I’m participating in the walk to raise money for little kids like I was who are facing a cancer diagnosis. Any donation, small or big will put a smile of many kids faces.
Thank You 💗
So far, I have helped provide...
