Update on alice 25.08.2026

Today was meant to be a relatively small day of treatment has been made a hell of a lot longer. Alice is still neutropenic and has had her anti-fungal infusion. However her platelets and Haemoglobin are also incredibly low. She’s currently having a platelet transfusion before she can have her pre-meds and two lots of chemo. She will then have a red blood transfusion after all of that before we’re able to go home. To top it off On Saturday the 15th of August, 2026, one of Alice’s best friends, Margot, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. Alice and Margot have been friends since they were teeny-tiny two year olds. They’re also neighbours. These two beautiful girls have played together, partied together, cried together and now they will fight Leukaemia together. 💪🏼 Look out world - this dynamic, rainbow duo isn’t letting anything get in their way.

Every month, 64 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.

This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.

Every dollar I raise will fund Camp Quality's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad.

Please support my BIG walk to give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. As they say at Camp Quality "laughter is the best medicine", so please give generously so we can spread those smiles far and wide.
