Every Step for My Dad, Every Step for Hope 🫶🏽
In 2015, I lost my beloved father to leukemia. Losing him changed my life forever, and not a single day goes by that I don’t miss him. He was my biggest supporter, my strength, and the person who always believed in me, no matter what.
This is my second year taking part in the “Big Walk for Little Kids”, and every step I take is in memory of my dad. This walk is dedicated to him, the incredible man whose love and encouragement continue to guide me every day.
But this walk is about so much more than my own story. It’s for every child bravely fighting cancer, every survivor who has overcome unimaginable challenges, every family standing beside their loved ones through the hardest days, and every family around the world who has experienced the heartbreak of losing someone to this cruel disease.
Cancer doesn’t just affect one person, it changes the lives of entire families. That’s why I’m walking to help bring hope, smiles, strength, and support to children and families who need it most.
