I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality
We are fundraising for Camp Quality this year in memory of Billie we lost Billie Grace Richards at 3 & half in a 24 hour window after finding out she had ALL Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Our family was turned upside not knowning which way was up or how best to help Billie's sister Arbree who was 7 at the time, Camp Quality has now taking Arbree on Camp year which is a nice reminder to Arbree she is not the only one that has been affected by cancer and to still be able to be a kid herself. We have had the puppet show come to Arbree primary school at the time and explain it to her class mates about cancer and how it can affect families which Arbree found it hard to do so. We also have been on Family hoildays with Camp Quality which they went above and beond for us and was nice to spend time as a family and try and re connect after as loss we didnt know how to live our everyday lifes, let alone how to be a family. Camp Quality has done so much for our family and we have decided to fundraise for them this year and keep Billie memory alive by trying to help other familys affected by cancer!! i hope you get behind us this year every $1 helps.
I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality support kids facing cancer. Because every day, two Aussie families are given the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer.
Camp Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Our services and programs are made specifically to help children 0 -15 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad.
