Every month, 64 Australian families receive the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer.
This September, I’m taking part in Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of children and families facing cancer.
In Islam, we are reminded of the importance of helping others through times of hardship. The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship from the hardships of this world, Allah will relieve him of a hardship from the hardships of the Day of Resurrection.” — Sahih Muslim
