Support my Big Walk for Little Kids
Every month, 64 Australian families receive the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer. Sadly, my family is one of them.
On 25 January 2020, our beautiful daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia at just 21 months old. In an instant, our world changed forever. No family is ever prepared to hear those words, and the journey that followed has been one of the hardest of our lives.
For the past six years, Camp Quality has been an incredible source of support for our family. They have brought joy, hope and laughter during some of our hardest times, and they gave us the opportunity to connect with other families who truly understand what we're going through. Knowing we are not alone has made a world of difference.
This September, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in the Big Walk for Little Kids to help Camp Quality continue supporting families like ours.
Every dollar raised will help fund Camp Quality's services and programs for children facing cancer, as well as their siblings and parents.
