Walking 64km for Childhood Cancer 💛
Every month, 64 Australian families receive the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer.
This September, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I’m taking part in Camp Quality’s Big Walk for Little Kids and walking 64km to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of children and families facing cancer.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart because my little brother Riley was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2020. Our family went through some incredibly difficult years watching him fight something no child should ever have to face.
I’m so incredibly grateful and proud to say that this year, my little brother is finally in remission. 🥹💛
I’m walking these 64km for him — for everything he has been through, for his strength and for all the children and families who are still going through their own cancer journey.
Every dollar I raise will help fund Camp Quality’s services and programs, supporting children dealing with their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad. These programs help give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need.
My family and I got to experience a few of the Camp Quality services and programs, from a 3 day stay in Busselton and doing fun activities, to going fishing on a charter boat (Riley was stoked), and also receiving Christmas gifts from them.
Thank you so much for your support. It means so much to me and my family. 💛
64km for my little brother. 64km for every child and family affected by cancer. 🎗️
