Support my Big Walk for Little Kids
This September, I’m taking part in Camp Quality’s Big Walk for Little Kids and walking 64km during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 💛
This one is really close to my heart. I’m doing it in memory of my Poppa, who sadly passed away from cancer, and in support of someone in our family who is currently battling cancer.
Since becoming a mum to my daughter, I honestly can’t imagine what it would feel like to be told that your child has cancer. It’s something no parent should ever have to go through, and I’d love to do something small to help give kids and their families a bit of fun, laughter and a much needed break.
Every month, 64 Australian families are given the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer. Camp Quality helps support these kids and their families through some incredibly difficult times.
The official fundraising goal is $1,184. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to reach the full goal, but I’m going to give it my best shot! Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.
If you can donate, even just a few dollars, I’d genuinely appreciate it so much. And if you can’t donate, sharing this would also mean a lot.
Here’s to 64km, very sore legs and hopefully raising as much as we can for a really good cause. 💛
