Support my Big Walk for Little Kids
Every month, 64 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.
In August 2024, we were one of those families, and I made a vow that as soon as we had stabilised I would do all I could to give back to the many supports we had backing us every step of the way. Camp Quality gave my son some much needed giggles during his many hospital stays, and a beautiful breather at the end of his treatment, where we were able to socialise with others who’ve walked this journey, and feel some sense of normality again. Whatever stage a child and their family are at, these opportunities are so important for the wellbeing of all concerned.
This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.
Every dollar I raise will fund Camp Quality's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad.
Please support my BIG walk to give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. As they say at Camp Quality "laughter is the best medicine", so please give generously so we can spread those smiles far and wide.
