I've joined Convoy Geelong to help kids facing cancer

I will kick-start the drive from Beckley Park, through Lara, Corio, Waurn Ponds on Sunday, 22 February 2026 to bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer.

Every month, 64 kids are diagnosed with a cancer.

For 40 years, Camp Quality has improved the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families.

Camp Quality's programs and services help families build optimism and resilience through community, education and fun. They support kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent, or carer, every step of the way.

Last year, Camp Quality supported 1 in 3 kids diagnosed with cancer. Their goal is to help them all!

In 2026, I’ll be proud to be rolling out once again for convoy for kids, a fundraiser that’s close to my heart and does an incredible job supporting kids battling cancer.

My name is Ben and I’ve been working with Cockerill transport for 18 years. Trucking has been a big part of my life, and convoy for kids is a great way to use what we do every day to help make a real difference. This isn’t just about shiny trucks and big convoys, it’s about raising awareness, funding, vital support, and standing behind families facing the toughest of fights.

Every dollar donated helps support children with cancer and contributes to research and services that truly matter. When you donate, you’re not just giving money, you’re helping drive a cure for cancer and showing these kids and their families that they’re not in this alone.
