WHO WILL BE LEAD TRUCK FOR CONVOY 2023?
The truck with the most money on their online fundraising page by 6pm Saturday, 7 October 2023 will have the honour of leading the Convoy, followed closely by 2nd and 3rd highest-fundraising truckers.
Will your truck be the first ever Lead Truck in Convoy Perth?
As we dont have any history in Perth yet, here is an example of our Lead Truck from our sister event in Geelong. The Lead Truck in 2022 was driven by Nathan and Kerry Robson who joined Convoy in memory of 13-year-old Isabella Allan.
Bella was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia called T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia (T-PLL) in 2015. This form of blood cancer is extremely rare and typically aggressive, and is characterised by an out-of-control growth of mature T-cells (T-lymphocytes).
Bella gained her wings on the 28th of January 2022.
With Nathan and Kerry leading Team 'For Bella', they raised more than $24,000 to help improve the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families.
