Registration
How do I register?
Choose your location and simply sign up as a Single Truck using your email address and follow the prompts to register your truck. Registration costs $50 per truck and every truck must be registered to take part.
If you're joining a team or fleet, select Create or Join a Team during registration and choose your team from the list (the team must be registered first before you can join).
If you've participated in Convoy before, you can log in using your existing account details. Forgotten your password? Just click Reset Password and follow the prompts. Changed your email address? Contact the team via [email protected]
How do I register a team or fleet?
Getting the whole crew involved is easy! When you sign up, select Create or Join a Team and follow the prompts to create your team page. Once your team page is set up, share the link with your mates, colleagues and friends so they can join your team
If you want to register 10 or more trucks or if you’re from a business that wishes to register and pay for multiple trucks by invoice, simply contact the team to arrange this via [email protected]
What types of trucks and vehicles can take part?
We welcome a wide range of trucks and commercial vehicles, particularly prime movers (without trailers) and smaller truck combinations. Tilt Trays are also acceptable.
We’re unable to accommodate oversize vehicles, larger crane trucks with high axel weights or trucks carrying full loads. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, please contact the convoy team.
Can I have passengers in my truck?
Absolutely! Passengers are welcome and do not need to register.
Can I turn up on the day and register?
To secure your place in the convoy, all registrations must be completed before the event. Registrations will not be accepted on event day.
Fundraise & Support Convoy
How do I fundraise?
Once you've registered, you'll receive your own personalised fundraising page to share with family, friends, colleagues and customers! Set yourself a fundraising goal and use the resources, tips and tools available from our resource page on the website to help you reach (and smash) your goal!
You'll also be eligible for fundraising rewards and incentives as you hit key fundraising milestones. Most importantly, every dollar you raise helps bring fun, positivity and support back into the lives of kids facing cancer.
Do I ask my supporters to donate to my individual fundraising page or my team page?
Every participant who registers, receives their own personalised fundraising page.
If you create a team during registration, you will automatically be assigned as the team captain and receive both a personalised fundraising page link and team fundraising page link.
When you join a team during the registration process, your individual fundraising page will automatically be linked to your team's fundraising page.
You can share either page with your supporters:
- If someone donates to your individual page, the donation counts towards both your individual fundraising total and your team's fundraising total.
- If someone donates directly to the team page, the donation counts towards the team total only and is not linked to an individual fundraiser.
I don't drive a truck. How can I support the event?

- Donate directly to a truckie or fundraising team
- Cheer on the convoy from along the route
- Join us at the Family Festival
- Volunteer at the event
- Purchase convoy merchandise at the event
- Become an event sponsor through your business or organisation

How can my business or company support the event?
Camp Quality offers a range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses wanting to support kids and families while showcasing their brand to hundreds of truckies and thousands of attendees. Contact the Convoy team via [email protected] to learn more about sponsorship packages.
Event Day & Family Festival
Can I watch the Convoy and cheer the drivers on?
One of the best parts of Convoy is seeing the community come together to support the trucking industry:

- Watch and cheer the truckies from locations along the route

- Join the celebrations at the Family Festival
How long does the Convoy take?
The convoy usually departs at around 9:00am and takes approximately 90 minutes to complete. Most trucks begin returning to the venue from around 10:30am, where the Family Festival and celebrations continue throughout the day.
