It was on the eve of Christmas Eve that the Fat and the Fit decided to bring some F45 cheer this year in the form of entertainment!

Four friends, four studios & 6 classes

We figured it is the time for giving and the time for giving back, so in light of this we will be taking a donation tin to every studio with us in support of camp quality is Christmas!

We thought what better way to end 2020, the final cardio day before Christmas and put priceless smiles on some children’s faces!

Camp Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Our services and programs are made specifically to help children 0 -13 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad.

It would be awesome if you could help us too, by donating to help us reach our target.

As they say at Camp Quality “laughter is the best medicine”, so please give generously so we can spread those smiles far and wide.
