Help us reach our goal
Together we bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer.
A motorcycle adventure with a mission to help kids facing cancer
Setting off from Heatherbrae, Newcastle, our Motocyc riders will make their way north to beautiful Port Macquarie, taking in some of the Mid North Coast’s fantastic riding roads and scenery along the way. Port Macquarie will be our home for two nights, giving everyone the chance to settle in before heading out on Saturday for a spectacular loop through the surrounding region.
With separate routes planned for our road and adventure riders, there’ll be plenty of sweeping country roads and coastal scenery to enjoy, plus some great gravel and back-country riding for those looking to venture off the bitumen. After returning to Port Macquarie for our Friday night celebrations, we’ll saddle up again on Saturday for the journey south, finishing back where our adventure began in Heatherbrae.
CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE!
With both Road and Adventure routes on offer, you get to pick the path that suits you and your bike better!
The Road route sticks to blacktop for a leisurely highway cruise. The Adventure route will take you off the beaten track.
Both routes promise fun and camaraderie as you ride through historic settlements and stunning scenery.
How it works
Choose whether you tackle dirt and gravel roads on the Adventure route or join the Road riders. Both options offer spectacular scenery.
Your rego fee of $395 covers breakfast daily, decals and stickers for your bike, two shirts and a cap, fundraising support, mechanical and logistical support during the event. Please note: accommodation is not included.

"I thought it would be great and it totally exceeded my expectations. The whole event was seamless. I have so much gratitude for the organisers because there’s a whole lot of preparation that must be done to run such a seamless event."

"Camp Quality Motocyc caters for riders of all abilities, not to mention bikes of all makes, models and terrain preferences. Over the years it has continued to bring together a brilliant cross section of the motocycling community who are there to have fun, but more importantly, to play their part in raising critical funds for such a worthy cause."
"I have ridden in Motocyc for 5 years now and can honestly say it is my favourite event of the year. We all have a common goal to raise funds to support Camp Quality, so you don't get egos on this ride, it's all about the kids! I have ridden to places I would never have gone myself; we get to see beautiful countryside, enjoy windy roads and ride in a safe and fun group."
