Our upcoming Off the Menu events:

Chef, Camp Quality Ambassador and Founder of Off the Menu, Matthew Butcher:

Having grown up in country Victoria, Matthew’s childhood days were spent playing with his sister in the veggie garden. A large part of the reason he supports Camp Quality he says stems from this, “A lot of my food is inspired by childhood memories and I would like to create memories with these kids through my food.”

Matthew has worked alongside some of the most acclaimed chefs in the world – namely Shannon Bennet, Ryan Clift and Gordon Ramsay. Today, he is working on the international stage opening restaurants across the US, Asia and Australia.  Four years ago his passion for cooking, creating memories and supporting kids impacted by cancer led to the creation of Off the Menu.   “It’s a fantastic way to give back to the community, as well as being a night, to enjoy a fun evening with friends filled with good food and wine for a good cause.”

Off the Menu is a unique and immersive dining experience, and fast becoming Camp Quality’s most exclusive event nationally as we expand from our humble beginnings at the Meat Market in North Melbourne. Funds raised at Off the Menu bring laughter and happiness to kids impacted by cancer through our various programs and services.

In 2019, we aim to raise $350,000 at our Off the Menu event series across Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
