I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality
Hi my name is Nate , I’m 6 years old and am fundraising for Camp Quality by shaving my long blond curly hair into a Mohawk.
Last year my Mum was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer and had a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation.
Camp Quality services and programs are made specifically to help children 0 -15 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad.
Camp Quality has helped our family so much by providing us with support, programs to allow us to understand what was happening and activities for us to enjoy.
We also attended the Camp Quality family camp that allowed us to spend time together, make memories and meet other families and kids going through the same thing.
Camp quality also send us birthdays cards, do puppet shows in the hospital for sick children as well as in schools to educate the community.
I would be very grateful if you could help too, by donating any small amount to this cause.
Camp Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again.
