Every day, two Aussie families are given the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer. I’m taking part in the Classic Cruise Canberra to help give kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again.

Every month, 64 kids are diagnosed with a cancer.

For 40 years, Camp Quality has improved the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families.

Camp Quality's programs and services help families build optimism and resilience through community, education and fun. They support kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent, or carer every step of the way.

Last year, Camp Quality supported 1 in 3 kids diagnosed with cancer. Their goal is to help them all!

🚗💨 TEAM GET ER DONE IS BACK FOR THE CAMP QUALITY SUPERHERO CRUISE! 💨🚗

Team Get Er Done is proud to once again be part of the Camp Quality Superhero Cruise in Canberra, helping raise money for kids fighting cancer and supporting their families through incredibly tough times.

We’re lucky enough to have some serious machinery in our team this year, including the current Top Street Car winner from Summernats, Autofest Bathurst and Springnats Shepparton.

Unfortunately, my XD Falcon is still in bits, so I’ll be borrowing my great mate Adrian’s awesome Torana, better known as the “Silver Fox”.

For those who haven’t experienced the cruise before, it’s something pretty special. Last year, more than 400 cars, bikes and trucks rolled through Canberra in one massive convoy with police escorts the whole way. Every intersection was shut down as the convoy cruised through the city, making for an unbelievable sight and a day we’ll never forget.

We absolutely love getting new people involved, so if you’ve got a pride and joy sitting in the garage, come and join Team Get Er Done. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a classic, a street machine, a bike, a truck or your weekend cruiser—everyone is welcome.

Most importantly, we believe wholeheartedly in this cause and are incredibly proud to do our part in helping raise money for sick kids and their families.
