My family is currently living through what no one ever wants to face. In this difficult time, we’ve witnessed first-hand the incredible support provided by Camp Quality - a charity that stands beside families like ours when life turns upside down.

There is so little you can control.

This is where setting goals you can control becomes vital.

Maintaining a healthy mind and body is a way people in our position can stay ready for the next step. It's fitting, then, that a "Big Walk" is where you are reading this message.

Family and friends have been extraordinary. They have given all they can at every step. Tears, smiles, time, food, donations, quiet fun, loud fun, closeness and space. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all of them for being a part of our village.
