I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality
The Tuckerman Family is fundraising to help Camp Quality support kids facing cancer. Because every day, two Aussie families are given the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer. On 3rd January 2022 we were one of those families receiving this heartbreaking news.
Camp Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Their services and programs are made specifically to help children 0 -15 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad.
We are adding a spin on our fundrasier!! We have called our story "Goldilocks & The Three Hairs" for 3 very special reasons. If you help us reach our goal the Tuckerman Family will do the following 3 things:
1. "This hair cut is too short" (Edward will shave his hair)
2. "This hair cut is too long" (Billie will cut her hair and donate her long locks for a wig)
3. "This hair cut is just right" (Evelyn will get her first ever hair cut - first since finishing treatment BUT also FIRST CUT EVER!)
So please help us reach our goal for a fantastic cause and we will reach for the scissors all in the name of Childhood Cancer.
