A scenic waterfront challenge for runners aged 12 years and over.
Run, walk or take it at your own pace with family, friends and the community.
Run for Orla is being created by Eamonn and Una Shealy in loving memory of their beautiful daughter, Órla. Full of joy, courage and curiosity, she loved the outdoors, family adventures, her treasured red blanket and speaking to the moon and stars.
On the anniversary of Órla's passing, her family is bringing the community together for a day filled with connection, warmth and purpose.

Take in the beauty of Moreton Bay as the course begins at Scarborough Beach Park and follows the picturesque Scarborough foreshore on the Redcliffe Peninsula. With sweeping bay views, coastal parklands and plenty of community support along the way, the route offers a memorable setting for runners and walkers to come together, celebrate Órla’s life and turn every step into meaningful support for Camp Quality.
Your support can help cover essential event costs including course safety, equipment, family activities and participant experience, allowing more of the funds raised to support Camp Quality.
Once the run events wrap up, the community celebration continues at Scarborough Beach Park. Stay with us to enjoy food, activities and time together as we celebrate Órla’s life with warmth, connection and plenty of heart.
