REGISTRATION & FEES
How much does it cost to take part in esCarpade?
Your registration fee of $635 per person helps us to cover some of the logistics and safety costs of running an epic event like esCarpade; from fundraising support in the lead up to the event, logistics and safety costs, printed materials and more. Your rego fee covers all meals from breakfast on Day One right through to the final day (with the exception of Lay Day where you’ll organise your own meals).
You will also receive a Camp Quality T-shirt and cap, as well as car decals.
All fuel, accommodation and car maintenance is covered by entrants.
You can choose to make your registration payment in full upfront, or pay in two parts. If you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll pay a $200 deposit at the time of registration. Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the event via our online registration system.
Do I need to book my own accommodation?
All teams are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation. Camp Quality will produce an accommodation guide. This provides you with some suggested options in each of the towns we pass through, as well as some dinner suggestions if you would like to arrange your accommodation to be close by.
Please remember accommodation can sometimes be a little hard to come by, especially when visiting the more regional locations, so it’s a good idea to plan and book as soon as possible. We do encourage you to buddy up and look at twin accommodation. We will let you know when the accommodation guide is available for download!
How many co-drivers can I take?
Each car must have a minimum of two people and a maximum of four people.
Does everyone have to register?
Yes. Everyone must complete the registration process for themselves, which includes signing the waiver and event Terms & Conditions.
Where can I find the event Terms & Conditions?
Are we covered under Camp Quality’s public liability insurance?
No. You need your own Compulsory Third Party Insurance. In addition, you need to have either Third Party Property Damage OR Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance.
What about insurance when I am fundraising?
Your event/activity is not covered by Camp Quality’s public liability insurance. You must make sure that your own insurance policy covers any risk associated with your fundraising activity or event.
Where can I find the Community Fundraising Guidelines?
You can read the Community Fundraising Guidelines here.
Where can I find the Code of Conduct?
You can find the Code of Conduct that every participant of esCarpade agrees to here.
