Big Walk for Little Kids Apple Watch Competition Sign Up Terms and Conditions


  1. The Promoter is Camp Quality Limited (the Promoter) of Suite 5.01, 77 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (ABN 87 052 097 720). Camp Quality phone: 1300 662 267.

METHOD OF ENTRY

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The competition period starts on Monday, 29 June 2026 at 12:00am AEST and ends on Friday, 4 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the Competition Period).
  3. Entry is open to all permanent residents of NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, NT, SA, WA and TAS (Eligible Entrants).
  4. Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
  5. To be eligible for the prize draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:

6.1 Register and activate a Big Walk for Little Kids online fundraising page. To be deemed valid, entries are required to meet the following requirements:

  • The Big Walk for Little Kids Registration Form must be completed and submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
  • Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect Big Walk for Little Kids Registration Forms are invalid.
  • There is a limit of one entry per Eligible Entrant during the Competition Period.
  • Entrants can only enter the Competition in their own name.
  • Entrants acknowledge their entry may be responded to and/or displayed at the Promoter's sole discretion.

PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION

  1. One winner will be chosen at random by electronic draw, which will take place on Monday, 7 September 2026 at 12:00pm (AEST) at Camp Quality, Suite 5, Level 1, 77 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (ABN 87 052 097 720). Entrants need not be present to win.
  2. The Prize is an Apple Watch Series 11 46mm Aluminium Case GPS Sport Band in Black or Light Blush with an estimated recommended retail value of $679 RRP. The value is correct at the time of publication.
  3. The Winner will be awarded the Prize based on the above criteria.
  4. Determination of the Winner is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The Winner will be notified by phone and in writing (via email) within two (2) days of the draw, and the Winner's details will be published on the Big Walk for Little Kids website (bigwalk.org.au) and the Big Walk for Little Kids Facebook page from Monday, 7 September 2026.
  6. Upon being notified, the Winner must nominate an email address or phone number for the Prize to be sent within fourteen (14) days by contacting the Promoter by return email.
  7. If for any reason the Winner does not redeem the Prize within thirty (30) days of the prize draw, the Prize will be forfeited.
  8. If the Winner is under 18 years of age at the time of the draw, the Prize must be accepted on the Winner's behalf by the Winner's parent or legal guardian.
  9. The total prize pool is valued at up to $679 RRP.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant where, in the opinion of the judges, the Eligible Entrant has engaged in, or the Eligible Entrant's fundraising page includes, objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. All registrations become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the Eligible Entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  12. The Winner must agree to be contacted by the Promoter via email and acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of identity and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the Prize. Acceptance of the form of proof of identification and entries considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a Winner cannot provide satisfactory proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered.
  14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver the Prize where the nominated email address is invalid or the Winner is no longer available at that email address.
  15. There may be circumstances in which the Promoter cannot provide the Prize as described for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In those circumstances, the Promoter will provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred in entering the competition or in connection with taking up the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  18. Neither the Promoter nor its agents will be liable if the Winner does not redeem the Prize within the designated time frame.
  19. Neither the Promoter nor its agents are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of God, acts of terrorism, war (declared or undeclared), or other events beyond their reasonable control which prevent the awarding or acceptance of the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

FINAL CONDITIONS

  1. Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices at the time of publication (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between publication and the date of prize redemption.
  2. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner complies with all conditions of use applicable to the Prize.
  3. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, permanent injury, loss of life, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  4. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action available to it. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable State and Territory laws, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  5. All details of entrants will be collected, used and stored in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter's Privacy Collection Statement, available at https://www.campquality.org.au/Privacy-Collection-Statement. Requests to access, update or correct personal information should be directed to the Camp Quality Privacy Officer. Unless otherwise notified, the Promoter may use entrants' details and entries for promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants consent to their full names and/or entries being used by the Promoter across all media.
  6. Entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any information provided by entrants as part of this competition is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

If you do not want your name to be publicly associated with your donation, please choose the "Anonymous" function when completing the donation form. Your name will always be passed on to the fundraiser you are supporting and to Camp Quality; unless you have made an anonymous donation, in which case, your name will only appear in their secure account area. Please also note that your donation amount and any comments will still be visible on the public site pages, however, your name will be shown as “Anonymous”.

Communications

Camp Quality will contact you throughout campaigns to update you and offer fundraising assistance, to acknowledge and thank you for your support and keep you updated on various activities related to the campaign. Your information is not provided to any non-related third party without your prior consent, except in the limited and rare circumstances when we are compelled, by law, to provide information for the purposes of law enforcement. You can withdraw your consent to these communications at any time.
