Meet Debra (Deb)
Meet Debra Moore, our Community and Corporate Fundraising Specalist. Deb looks after our 400KMS crew from their initial enquiry until after the event takes place.
How long have you worked at Camp Quality and what events do you look after?
I've been at Camp Quality for over four years now and have supported events like Motocyc, 1000KMS for Kids, By Invitation, Band Together Against Cancer, and so many other community events. It’s my passion to help local fundraisers and corporate organisations run amazing and fun events.
What is your favourite part of 400KMS for Kids?
I love seeing people from different walks of life unite as one and do extraordinary things for others. As this is a new event, I can’t wait to see it all come together. I also love watching the friendships build and grow as soon as our teams hit the road, and I get a huge buzz out of seeing people achieve above and beyond what they ever thought they could.
What are you excited for in 2023?
I can’t wait to travel through new towns and regions, exploring and sharing the Camp Quality magic!
What’s a fun fact about you?
I love all things Mexican – the food, the people, the culture. I travelled there many years ago and my goal is to get back there ASAP, as well as tying in a trip to the States for Halloween!

Our Community
400KMS for Kids is a reinvention of Camp Quality's hugely successful event known as 1000ks 4 Kids, which ran for 10 years up until its last virtual campaign in 2021 during COVID-19.
Now in 2023, the event is being reborn into a new look and feel with a shorter commitment and on quieter back roads. The event continues its heritage and main focus of helping children whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
