Every day, 2 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.

This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in the Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.

This cause is personal. As a cancer survivor, my heart goes out to the friends and families I've seen lose their battles far too young. These experiences have shaped my belief that kid in a household impacted by cancer needs every chance they can get to laugh, play, and just be a kid.

So, I'm walking 250km this September. It’s a struggle, and that’s the point, a small nod to the massive challenges these kids face daily. My goal is to turn that effort into fun and laughter for them.
