Being shy

I viewed my funds raised so far, and realized that I still have a long way to go. I just don’t know a lot of people yet, and I’m quite shy to ask for donations. This takes me back to being a child carefree and confident. Whenever our school gave us a raffle to complete I’d be one of the first kids to hand it back in. I would knock on every neighbors door boldly without a care in the world. The older one gets the more shame you become. But this is a worthy cause I will try my best! I went in my bible app and the verse for the day is Matthew 7:7. ?

Overcoming fear

It feels nice to walk and to feel the sun hit your face. But hey, I’m someone who recently moved to Australia and yes I’m totally in awe of the natural beauty and also deeply scared. Now some of you might wonder but “why are you scared???”” I’m scared because Australia is known for thee most deadliest animals shall I name a few … snakes, spiders, lizards, snakes lizards spiders that’s just the tip of iceberg. I love nature and being outdoors but I also don’t wanna bump into those beautiful creatures. In my country we have all these or atleast a few of it ,but the probability of bumping into them is not this high. Just yesterday I saw a bluetongue lizard I was so scared and was definitely in a fight or flight mode, who am I kidding it more like statue or flight!! I will never fight any animal. I hope to feel less fear as I walk exspecially during spring and summer.

Every day, 2 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.

This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we're taking part in the Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.

Every dollar we raise will fund Camp Quaity's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad.
