A dear friend of ours has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma just 2 weeks prior to her seventh birthday. She commenced six months of Chemotherapy today and faces major surgery in her battle against cancer.

I've joined Camp Quality's Camp Out to support kids facing cancer.

I'm pitching a tent on Saturday 29th July to raise funds for Camp Quality services and programs to help children aged 0-15 years old who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad.

I'm raising funds to help give Camp Quality families a chance to relax, unwind and make precious positive memories at one of their Retreats.

Together, we change the cancer story for kids and their families. Please support my Camp Out to give kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. As they say at Camp Quality “laughter is the best medicine”, so please give generously so I can spread those smiles far and wide.

Birthday well wishes

Our friend celebrates her seventh birthday tomorrow, one day after starting her Chemo. As she lives in Whyalla and is receiving her Chemo in Adelaide, sadly she is seperated from her siblings and may remain that way for weeks or months at a time
