Support my Big Walk for Little Kids

Camp Quality were wonderful supporters for our family, they helped us take Paddy's ashes home to Hamilton Island where he would be forever with his Coral, turtles and most importantly his octopus ?. 

Every day, 2 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.

This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm taking part in the Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.

Every dollar I raise will fund Camp Quaity's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis. 

Please support my BIG walk to give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. 

Even now we are still being offered support from Camp Quality. They truly are amazing when it comes to helping with distractions and bringing joy to families, when they're in the middle of a storm.

Father's day

Some days are harder than others, today is one of them. Where the absence is felt just that little bit differently. I still write his name on the card from the kids, he still gets Daddy a present but the day always just feels not quite right. Out living your child isn't right to begin with and feels just wrong and unnatural. But today we went for a family drive, a distraction, time to reflect and bond at the same time. Chris (Daddy) decided to stop at the duck pond. Paddy and I both had a thing for ducks, not as much as his obsession for Octopus though. There was so many ducks and butterflies, more than expected, we definitely felt Paddy with us as we walked along the creek.
