Day 3.
Today was a bit of a struggle. It was jam packed with busy stuff for the kids & I even managed to sneak a little date in with my Husband. By the time I got to the gym the newfound blisters on my heels were hurting pretty bad (I need to get new shoes). But, I hustled anyway. A 45 minute treadmill walk resulting in 5kms. Better than absolutely nothing at all! I’m looking forward to seeing what I can smash out tomorrow.Day 2.
2x Walks today. First was a walk to the park with my kids, a bunch of laps while they played and then a walk home. Second was a 40min treadmill walk at the gym. Total: 6.5km.Day 1.

Every day, 2 Australian families are given the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer.
This September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we're taking part in the Big Walk for Little Kids to bring fun, positivity and laughter back into the lives of little kids facing cancer.
Every dollar we raise will fund Camp Quaity's services and programs to help little kids who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a brother, sister, mum or dad.
Please support our BIG walk to give little kids and families the break from cancer they urgently need. As they say at Camp Quality "laughter is the best medicine", so please give generously so we can spread those smiles far and wide.
