We're taking on Conquer Cancer and we need your support!
On 17 February, from midnight to 6am, our team will be running at Princes Park, Melbourne, as part of a month long relay supporting Camp Quality and The Florey Institute in an effort to break the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous relay while raising $1 million for brain cancer research and family support services.
Through Mark's work at Rewilding Minds, they support many individuals and families living with a brain cancer diagnosis, and in under two years have witnessed both extraordinary resilience and heart breaking loss, saying goodbye to more than 50 people who fought until their final breath. Brain cancer remains the most lethal of all cancers, with a five year mortality rate of around 78% and disproportionately low research funding; most of those they support live with glioblastoma multiforme, where average life expectancy sits at just 14.6 months.
Mark and Jake are running on Chinese New Year — the Year of the Horse, a symbol of strength, energy and forward momentum, reflecting the courage we see every day in the people and families we support. By donating, you’re helping drive critical research, provide real support to families, and move us closer to a future where a brain cancer diagnosis is no longer a life sentence.

Such an inspiring initiative, Mark. I have so much admiration for the work you and Lauren do at Rewilding Minds. I’m donating today to mark what would have been my late father’s 90th birthday—a different cancer, but the same fight for more time and better research. Run well, and thank you for your beautiful impact on so many families.
