Big Walk for Little Kids VIP Sign Up Incentive
Terms and Conditions  

1. The Promoter is Camp Quality Limited (the Promoter) of Suite 5, Level 1, 77 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (ABN 87 052 097 720). Camp Quality phone: 1300 662 267. 

METHOD OF ENTRY

2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
3. The VIP competition period starts on Monday 23 June  2025 at 12:00AM AEST and ends on Friday 27^th June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (the Competition Period). 
4. Entry is open to all returning 2024 Camp Quality Big Walk for Little Kids participants who raised more than $200 on their 2024 Big Walk for Little Kids fundraising page. 
5. Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. 
6. To be eligible for the giveaway, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period; 
7. Register and activate a 2025 Big Walk for Little Kids online fundraising page. 
8. To be deemed valid, registration entries are required to meet the following requirements: 

• The Big Walk for Little Kids Registration Form and Incentive Claim Form must be successfully completed, answering all mandatory fields and providing a valid email address, and submitted in accordance with entry requirements. 

• Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect Big Walk for Little Kids Registration Forms will be deemed invalid. 

• There is a limit of one entry per Eligible Entrant during the Competition Period. 

• Entrants can only enter the Competition in their own name. 

• Entrants acknowledge their entry/entries may be responded to and/or displayed at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 

INCENTIVE AND NOTIFICATION  

8. The first 300 returning participants to register for Big Walk for Little Kids 2025 and submit the claim form will be eligible to receive a free Camp Quality walking belt. 
9. Participants must complete the claim form by Friday, 4th July 2025.
10. Walking belts will be sent to eligible particpants from Monday, 7th July 2025.
11. The incentive is a yellow walking/running belt. The walking/running belt can fit your keys and phone securely around your waist. The slim design and adjustable straps of this item makes it very comfortable and unobtrusive to your workout. Made from lycra.
12. Qualifying participants will be awarded the incentive based on the above criteria.
13. Determination of the Qualifying participants is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant where, in the opinion of the judges, the Eligible Entrant has engaged in, or the Eligible Entrant’s fundraising page includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. All registrations become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the Eligible Entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
16. The Qualifying participants must agree to be contacted by the Promoter via email. The Qualifying participants must also acknowledge they have read and understood these terms of entry.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Qualifying participants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of entry validity, in order to claim the incentive. Acceptance of the form of proof of identification, and entries considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Qualifying participants cannot provide proof, the Qualifying participants will forfeit the incentive and no substitute will be offered.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver the incentive to the Qualifying participants in circumstances where the nominated incentive postal address is not a valid postal address, or the Qualifying participants is no longer available at that postal address.
19. Items are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the competition or in connection with taking up the incentive.
21. Neither the Promoter nor their agents will be held liable for not redeeming the incentive within the designated time frame.
22. Neither the Promoter nor their agents are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of God, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond their control which prevents awarding or acceptance of the incentive in accordance with the incentive description. 
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. 
24. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter? reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state regulations. 
25. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available. https://www.campquality.org.au/Privacy-Collection-Statement. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Camp Quality Privacy Officer. Unless otherwise notified, the Promoter may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants consent to their full names and/or their entries being used in all media by the Promoter. 
26. Entrants acknowledge this competition is in no way associated with or endorsed by Facebook. Any information disclosed by entrants entering this competition is not provided to Facebook.

If you do not want your name to be publicly associated with your donation, please choose the "Anonymous" function when completing the donation form. Your name will always be passed on to the fundraiser you are supporting and to Camp Quality; unless you have made an anonymous donation, in which case, your name will only appear in their secure account area. Please also note that your donation amount and any comments will still be visible on the public site pages, however, your name will be shown as “Anonymous”.

Communications

Camp Quality will contact you throughout campaigns to update you and offer fundraising assistance, to acknowledge and thank you for your support and keep you updated on various activities related to the campaign. Your information is not provided to any non-related third party without your prior consent, except in the limited and rare circumstances when we are compelled, by law, to provide information for the purposes of law enforcement. You can withdraw your consent to these communications at any time.
