NOTE: To assist in the check in/checkout process during the event, it is compulsory for all cars to have a number (up to a maximum of 4 digits). This number must be used to check in and check out each day. Please refer to our car number registry for a list of numbers which are already taken. We welcome you to accompany this number with a name that you can use to associate with your theme and use through promotion as well. OFFICIALS - please enter your number above and the letters corresponding with your vehicle under car name ie. OV1 - 1 would be included above OV would be included below.

NOTE: Please refer to our Car theme registry for a list of themes which are already taken, we suggest you avoid duplications of themes so to avoid any double ups. If you have any questions, please contact us to enquire about entering a new theme/characters.

NOTE: At Camp Quality we’re committed to safeguarding kids, so all entrants require a current Working with Children Check. You cannot attend esCarpade without your WWCC clearance, this must be completed within 30 days of registering. If you don't have a WWCC number, find out more here how to get one.
