I'm burning 1000 calories to help kids facing cancer

I'm getting ready to break a sweat and make a difference! This isn't just a workout; it's a high-intensity journey to support Camp Quality and bring fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer. Thanks to the incredible support from Body MBrace, I will be torching 1000 calories through a series of exhilarating exercises, from heart-pounding HIIT sessions to muscle-burning strength training.

Every drop of sweat and every rep completed brings us closer to our goal of making a positive impact on the lives of these brave children.

Every month, 64 kids are diagnosed with a cancer.

For 40 years, Camp Quality has improved the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families.

Camp Quality's programs and services help families build optimism and resilience through community, education and fun. They support kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent, or carer every step of the way.

Last year, Camp Quality supported 1 in 3 kids diagnosed with cancer. Their goal is to help them all!

Body MBrace x Camp Quality Fundraiser

My gym is run by two amazing brothers, Seth and Greg.
As well as being caring and excellent trainers, they are kind and generous humans.
I have been blown away by the way that they give back to their community and to charity.
This year they have chosen Camp Quality to be the recipient of their huge fundraiser.

I will be burning 1000cal in 2 hours to do my part in aiming to raise $100,000!
