I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality
I’m fundraising to help Camp Quality who support kids facing cancer because every day, two Aussie families are given the heartbreaking news that their child has cancer.
2023 marks 40 years since Camp Quality held their first camp to give kids and their families a precious break from the trauma of a cancer diagnosis. Today, Camp Quality provides a range of programs and services to support kids throughout their cancer journey including hospital support, a long-standing Cancer Education Program, Family Retreats, digital services and counselling.
Kicking off in September, which is International Childhood Cancer Month, I will be dusting off my runners and am aiming to complete 40 runs, each of 40 minutes over 40 days so that more kids impacted by cancer will have access to Camp Quality’s services and programs.
