Meet Debra Moore (Deb), Community and Corporate Fundraising Specialist.

How long have you worked at Camp Quality and which events do you look after?

I've been at Camp Quality for over four years now and have supported events like Motocyc, 1000Ks 4 Kids, By Invitation, Band Together Against Cancer and so many other community events. It’s my passion to help local fundraisers and corporate organisations run amazing and fun events!

What is your favourite part of Motocyc?

I love seeing people from different walks of life come together and do extraordinary things for others. I love the sense of camaraderie that develops as soon as our teams hit the road, and I get a huge buzz out of seeing people achieve above and beyond what they ever thought they could!

What are you excited for in 2023?

I can’t wait to travel through new towns and regions, exploring and sharing the Camp Quality magic, and I hope to get on the back of a bike again!

What’s a fun fact about you?

I love all things Mexican – the food, the people, the culture. I travelled there many years ago and my goal is to get back there ASAP as well as tying in a trip to the States for Halloween!

What’s your least favorite food?

I’m pretty open to trying everything, but draw the line at anything in jelly.

We're very social

Our Community

Our ride weekends encapsulate all that Camp Quality is with lots of laughter, friendship and a common desire among participants to help others. Our time on the bike is about setting a challenging course, both on and off road, suited to all levels.

– Damian Charleson, Ride Co-ordinator

I am proud to be part of an awesome team WHO get together each year riding our motorbikes to raise funds for the Camp Quality Family. Our first Motocyc was in March 2016, and has been driven every year by a core group that continues to evolve, adding likeminded team members to help out each year.

– Damian Charleson, Ride Co-ordinator

I have been supporting the Camp Quality Motocyc event since it began, and what a wonderful event it is. Surrounded by genuine, likeminded people, we get to head away for a fabulous long weekend supporting the kids of Camp Quality whilst also getting to meet new people and taking in new places. It’s definitely an event where memories are made!

– Ali Kimmorley, Support Crew

A well-organised ride through great regional roads that is growing in popularity every year. I encourage any motorcycle rider who wants to contribute to a great cause, ride some great roads, and form lasting friendships with a group of likeminded riders to get involved.

– julian davies, rider

Camp Quality Motocyc is a fantastic fundraising event that brings together motorcycle enthusiasts, combining their love of motorcycle riding with an opportunity to raise much-needed funds to support Camp Quality and the invaluable work they do with children and their families who are dealing with childhood cancer.
