PRE-SCRUTINEERING
6-8 weeks prior to the event we'll do a first check over all cars. Don't worry, as this is your first check you will not need to have your car event ready.

MINIMUM FUNDRAISING DEADLINE
Ensure your minimum fundraising ($5000 per car) is showing on your online fundraising page by 20 October, 2023.
EVENT DAY 0
Day 0 is Final Scrutineering and Opening Night. The last mechanical checkstakes place, followed by our driver briefing and welcome dinner.
THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
Day 1 through to 7. Enjoy laughs and adventure as you tackle the dirt and other challenges along some of Australia's most iconic outback roads.
THE FINISH
The fun doesn’t end when you cross the finish line. You can reunite with the crew at a reunion celebration and keep in touch via our Facebook group!
