What is Camp Quality's Camp In?
Camp Quality’s Camp In is a fun ‘at home’ family camping event, proudly supported by ALDI, to help raise $250,000 to give kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. The first-ever Camp In will take place on Saturday, 4th July. Camp Quality is inviting Australian households to set up a campsite in the living room, backyard or anywhere at home and ‘camp in'.
How do I Camp In?
Whether it’s in your bedroom, living room or outside; register here to get started. You’ll receive our Camp in Survival Guide with lots of fun activities, fundraising tips and a chance to win some of our amazing prizes.
How much does it cost to register?
Registering for Camp In is completely free! Also, the first 1,000 participants to raise $100 will receive an ALDI Gift voucher valued at $20 to shop. Register now!
When do I Camp In?

Who can participate?
Camp In is open to anyone and everyone. It’s an ideal ‘at home’ family activity that Is fun and easy to join.
Will Camp In go ahead in 2020 given the current COVID-19 developments in Australia?
Yes. Camp In is a virtual camping event which you can do in your own home – either in your living room or backyard.
How does registering for Camp In make a difference?
The money that you raise for Camp Quality will help over 7,000 kids facing cancer who are now waiting for the fun and safety of a Camp Quality Kids’ Camp. As regrettably, no Camp Quality Kids’ Camps have been held since the onset of COVID-19.
How do I set up my online fundraising page?
Once you’ve registered, you’ll automatically be given a personal fundraising page where you can update your profile page with details about your Camp In and share photos with your friends and family. You can kick start your fundraising by donating to your own page, as research shows those that do this raise one and a half times more! Make sure you share the link on Facebook or Instagram so your friends know what you’re doing and can support you.
What support will I receive from Camp Quality?
Our Camp In team will be there to support you every step of the way with your fundraising. We will be there from the point of registration right through to the night of Camp In on Saturday, 4th July 2020!
I want to get my workplace involved; how can I do this?
Your workplace can get involved in Camp In by registering here and setting up a team page. Once you have a team page you can share the link and ask your staff to join. If you need any assistance in setting up a team for your workplace, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once I’ve registered, what’s next?
After you register you will receive a confirmation e-mail with login details for your online fundraising page and instructions on how to personalise it and share your page with your friends. You’ll also receive our Camp In Survival Guide which has tips on everything you need to prepare for your Camp In on Saturday, 4th July. We will be here to help you every step of your Camp In adventure.
How do I join a team?
Joining a team is easy! When you register, select ‘register as a team’ and complete the details in the form. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a team fundraising page which you can share with family, friends or colleagues to join and ‘camp in’ with you.
What are ways I can spread the word?
You can spread the word by simply sending out invitations, writing emails, updating your Facebook page, sending an SMS message or giving your friends a phone call. For more ideas, email email@example.com
Are there any rules about fundraising I should know about?
Yes, there are rules to ensure your fundraising is compliant with local fundraising legislation in your State. Camp Quality is here to guide you through this to ensure your event is compliant. Once registered, you will receive an email from us with you Authority to Fundraise and terms & conditions to help with your compliance.

I'm having trouble using my online fundraising page.

I created two fundraising pages by mistake, how do I delete one?
We can remove the duplicate page for you, send an email to email@example.com with your page details and we’ll get this fixed asap.
I have lost the login details for my online fundraising page.
Please get in touch with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (02) 9876 0559 and we’ll be able to resend the details to you.
What is the link to my online fundraising page?
You would have received this link in your initial registration confirmation email. If you can’t find it please just get in touch with us at email@example.com
I want to change my profile picture on my online fundraising page.
You can login into your online fundraising dashboard here and follow the steps to change your profile picture.
What are badges?
Once you register and have your online fundraising page, you will be able to earn and receive virtual badges to mark the competition of your Camp In tasks. Your badges are displayed on your online fundraising page. Find out how to earn your badges here.
Do I need to remit the funds donated to my online fundraising page?
You don’t need to worry about those as these donations come straight through to Camp Quality.
How can someone sponsor me by credit card?
People can make a donation using credit card or paypal on your online fundraising page. Once the donation has been made, the donor will appear at the bottom of your page (unless they choose to remain anonymous and your page fundraising tally will automatically update with their donation. They will receive an automatic receipt via email as well.
How do I upload cash 'offline' donations to my page?
If you’ve received cash and want to add it to your Camp In page, all you have to do is: Login to your dashboard, go to ‘My Donations’ and click ‘Add Offline Donation’. Fill in the details to issue a receipt to the individual/team who gave you the cash. If you get stuck, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org

How do I win an ALDI voucher?
To win a $20 ALDI voucher, you need to be one of the first 1,000 participants to raise $100 or more. You will receive an email confirming you've won within 5 business days. Terms and Conditions Apply.
When will I receive my prize?
If you win one of our challenges someone from the Camp In team will be in touch with you on how to redeem your prize.

After your Camp In
I've received a cash donation. What do I do?
If you’ve received cash and want to add it to your Camp In page, all you have to do is: Login to your dashboard, go to ‘My Donations’ and click ‘Add Offline Donation’. Fill in the details to issue a receipt to the individual/team who gave you the cash.
Otherwise, you can download our remittance form and use your page name as the fundraising reference number. Once you’ve completed the form and made the deposit please email it through to email@example.com. Don’t worry about the funds that are received via your online fundraising page, they come straight through to Camp Quality's bank account.
